Taping windows, covering kitchen cabinets & vanities(if applicable), tubs, whirlpools
All coats must be thoroughly dry before applying succeeding coats, and lightly sanded between coats.
Putty all nail holes (making sure all nails are set) caulk the perimeters of the all-interior doors, windows and baseboards.
Knots in wood will prepped with kilzs or equal product.
Spray and back roll of flat latex paint on all interior walls and wood trim(two passes with spray gun)
Check walls, floors, receptacle boxes, clean and vacuum for dirt and dust before Spraying.
No paint or over spray will be on any surface where other materials are to be applied such as vinyl. Tile, masonry, concrete and cover basement stairs.
Exterior posts and rails will be oil primed at the time of spraying house. Brush one coat of latex semi-gloss paint on all wood trim, sand between coats.
All lintels will be oil primed and apply one coat of finish coat oil base paint. Sand between coats.
We apply two coats of 100% acrylic latex on all exterior doors and exterior wood trim. Sand between coats.
Workmanship will be of the highest quality possible. Painted areas will have no streaks, runs or bear spots. All the painted areas will have the same consistency throughout.
Touch-up work will be done after carpet is installed. Care will be taken so no spots or stains are left on the carpets, vinyl, tile or hardwood flooring.
We will inspect the job site before we start. Any faulty workmanship or lack of clean up will be reported to your supervisor.
All material and work performed will have a 1-year warranty from settlement date. All emergency service will be completed in 24 hours.
We comply with all OSHA regulations.
When temporary heaters are used, 2 windows will be left open about 2 inches for proper ventilation.

Masking
When painting a home it is inevitable that there will be some over spray and it is necessary to take the proper precautions to avoid getting over spray on unwanted items. We thoroughly mask all areas not intended for painting such as windows, doors, light fixtures and decks.
Caulking
Caulking is another important item. Unless you're dealing with commercial caulking contractors, or adventuresome carpenters, this usually falls under the auspice of "Painting." Look for silicon zed caulk to be used, and not 100% silicone for paintable surfaces since paint will bead off pure silicone.
Clean Up
Our clean up is a very thorough process in which we restore your home and All masking is removed from your home. We will also leave you with a small quantity of each of the products used in the event you need to match the paint for future.
Exterior
For exteriors, depending on climate, get a recommendation on the sheen. Higher glosses can extend the life of paint while preserving the surface, though they generally don't cover as well and can mean an extra coat applied by the contractor.
